Payment & Cancellation Policy

Once the programme is finalized :

In order to issue your air tickets , we will need full payment by cheque/draft or bank transfer before the deadline . Airline bookings deadlines are normally valid for maximum of 72 hours from booking. We also require by email/WhatsApp …a  copy of the first and last pages of the passport as well. Airline cancellation policy apply, which vary depending on the type of air ticket. We charge an additional fees of Rs 1000 per ticket.

For bookings of land arrangements , we will require  a non refundable deposit of Rs 20000 per person. Where the  hotel bookings are on time limit, we will need the full payment in advance.

The proforma invoice sent by us will contain the payment guidelines & requirements. The payments need to be made as specified in the proforma invoice.

Often bookings held can get auto cancelled if the payments are not received as per the requirements .

It may be noted that All About Holidays pvt ltd acts in its capacity as agents for and on behalf of passengers . It does not own the services or  the properties . It therefore cannot be held responsible for any acts of omission or commission by the service provider.

It may also be noted that in case of delays enroute , the passenger must contact the service provider directly at the official contact tel no/email ( provided by us) and sort the same directly as it is not possible for All About Holidays to monitor or action situations timely in view of the time differentials.

Cancellation policies are guided primarily by terms imposed by the service provider which can be ascertained at time of booking. All About Holidays cannot impose its own conditions.
